As an authorised, and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Fund manager, and according with the provisions of Section 6(5) of the AIFM Law the Company can provide the below administration services:

I. Administration:

a) legal and fund management accounting services;
b) customer inquiries;
c) valuation and pricing, including tax returns;
d) regulatory compliance monitoring;
e) maintenance of unit/shareholder register;
f) distribution of income;
g) unit/shares issues and redemptions;
h) contract settlements, including certificate dispatch;
i) record keeping;

III. activities related to the assets of the AIFs, namely services necessary to meet the fiduciary duties of the AIFM, facilities management, real estate administration activities, advice to undertakings on capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters advice and services relating to mergers and the purchase of undertakings and other services connected to the management of the AIF and the companies and other assets in which it has invested.

Fund administration deals with the execution of back-office activities including fund accounting, financial reporting, net asset value calculation, capital calls, distributions, investor communications, maintain registries of unit/shareholders in the managed funds, and other functions carried out in support of an investment fund. Receiving and processing application forms for subscription, redemption, transfer or conversion of shares/units of the managed funds

We provide associated services such as the management of fund legal and fund management accounting services, client inquiries, the maintenance of units / shareholder registers, record keeping, contract settlement, including certificate dispatch.

Additionally, we take care of valuation and pricing (including tax returns), regulatory compliance monitoring and distribution of income, as well as unit / share issuance and redemption and ensure an independent and honest valuation process.
